Lisa Good
Clinical Director
Educational & Developmental Psychologist
Lisa is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and their families to thrive through a wide range of challenges. Lisa employs a strength-based approach to enhance the wellbeing of the families she works with and tailors therapy to align with the unique needs of each person. Lisa believes in the importance of taking a holistic approach and as such forms strong connections with local schools, GPs, Paediatricians and other allied health professionals. Lisa retired her 'giant teddy bear' therapy dog in 2020 and is looking forward to working with her therapy puppy, Arla, in 2023.
Shannon Fleming
Registered Psychologist
Shannon is a compassionate and warm practitioner who endeavours to create a relaxed therapeutic space for her clients. She is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their goals and enjoys adapting her therapeutic approach to best suit the individual. Shannon has experience working with children and adolescents with a wide range of presenting challenges including ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and behavioural concerns both within psychology and within an educational setting. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients and their families to ensure they feel well supported throughout therapy. Shannon conducts standardised and non-standardised assessments, provides written reports and individual therapy.

Amber Evans

Amber is passionate about helping young people thrive and assisting them in reaching their goals. She is a compassionate practitioner who strives to support the unique and diverse needs of each of her clients. Amber has experience working with clients of all age groups, and has a strong focus on working with children and adolescents. Amber conducts standardised and non-standardised assessments, provides written reports, and individual therapy. Amber is highly motivated to provide the best care possible for those she works with.
Isaac Devery

Isaac is a dedicated advocate for the success and well-being of young people, committed to helping them flourish and achieve their aspirations. He is passionate about working with young people and their families to help them create lives they are excited to live. Isaac endeavours to create a warm space for clients to feel safe and to grow through his empathic and attentive approach to practice. His motivation is rooted in a desire to provide the best care possible to those he serves.
Isaac enjoys offering personalised therapy and tailoring his approach to suit the unique journey and goals of each individual and family.
Akanksha Kohli
Provisional Psychologist
Akanksha's approach to her work is characterized by warmth, friendliness, and down-to-earth manner. She strives to be as practical as possible in her delivery, ensuring that her clients and their support systems can easily apply the strategies and techniques she provides. Akanksha's main drive is to promote compassion, kindness, inclusivity, and cultural safety in her work. She possesses valuable experience working with individuals with diverse needs, support workers, educators, and parents in various roles such as provisional psychologist, positive behaviour support, mental health worker, and educator. She has extensive experience in providing assistance to clients and their support systems in overcoming communication barriers, improving confidence, fostering independence, dealing with performance-based difficulties, such as motivation, goal-setting, and achieving outcomes.
Jess Bonasia
Client Support and Administration
Jess is in her fourth year of a Behavioural Science (Psychology) and Justice double degree. She is passionate about genuine care and enjoys creating positive, memorable client experiences. When not spending time studying, Jess is a known foodie, trying out new restaurants and dishes. Jess also loves to travel, recently returning from 5 weeks in Europe.
Marini Mendis
Provisional Psychologist
Marini is a dedicated and passionate practitioner committed to providing comprehensive support to individuals across the lifespan. Her advocacy extends to championing the well-being of young people and their families, employing neurodiversity affirming practices and a strengths-based approach that celebrates individual differences. Marini aims to embrace an integrative therapeutic approach, recognising the unique needs of each client such using various creative mediums to engage clients such as the use of play with children. Marini has experience working with neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties), utilising her lived experience of neurodivergence to bring a nuanced understanding to her practice. Marini is also passionate about collaborating with her client’s wider systems, such as school, community, and family. Marini is dedicated to using the Circle of Security framework, to understand and explore attachment relationships (e.g. parent/child relationships) to empower caregivers to comprehend the profound impact of their relationship, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment. Marini is unwavering in her commitment to cultivating a safe and calming therapeutic space. Her goal is to create an environment where clients can explore, understand, and navigate their challenges with confidence and resilience.
Arla
Animal Assisted Therapy Dog
Arla is the newest member of our team, a devoted and outgoing Spoodle who loves everyone. You can find Arla in our reception area and sometimes in sessions as we have found that animal-assisted therapy provides an invaluable addition for some clients.
Katie Price
Client Support and Administration
Katie is often the first face you'll see when you walk into our practice and usually the voice on the end of the phone. Katie is in her fourth year of a Bachelor in Behavioural Science (Honours Psychology) and loves getting to know each client and family that connects with our team. When she's not in our waiting room, you can find her studying, at the beach, playing volleyball or with her dogs.
Lucinda Spencer
Provisional Psychologist
Lucinda is dedicated to advocating for young individuals, fostering an atmosphere that embraces and celebrates each person's unique individuality, while establishing a safe and inclusive space. Her warm and friendly demeanour is complemented by a love for infusing creativity and play into her work with young people. Drawing from her own lived experience of neurodivergence, Lucinda passionately supports individuals with (but not limited to) Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and learning difficulties, walking alongside them through challenges they may face. Lucinda adapts her approach to the needs of the individual, employing a strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming perspective, aiming to meet clients where they are at on their own unique journey. She takes joy in exploring parent/child and family relationships through the lens of attachment and actively collaborates with schools, teachers, and families to provide comprehensive support across various contexts. Lucinda conducts both standardised and non-standardised assessments, delivers detailed written reports, and offers individual therapy.
